Acting Chair
Andrew Raynes
Vicar at Christ Church Blackburn
Andrew is married to Chantal, and they have two adult children, who are both members of NWGP churches. Andrew is vicar of Christ Church Blackburn, an Anglican church in the heart of a largely Asian heritage area of the town. One of the joys of ministry over the past couple of decades has been to see the way that the church family has become increasingly diverse in its cultural makeup. Before ordination, Andrew worked with UCCF in central London. He and Chantal met in Pakistan working with Operation Mobilisation.

He is a Lay Reader in his home church of Cheadle, Cheshire and has recently completed year two of the Ministry Training Course. He has three grown up children and a grandson. To relax, Phil enjoys time spent with family, gardening, walking and when possible, travelling.

Elder at Union Hall
Shalom has worked for the NHS in Manchester and Lancashire since graduating. He joined Union Hall as a student, he and his wife, Esther, were married there and both their children grew up at Union Hall. If he has any free time, it is largely spent taxiing his children around, perfecting the garden hedge, or following the fluctuating fortunes of Liverpool FC (Premier League Champions in 2020!) and the Indian cricket team from the sofa.

Eddie Bridle

Rosie Lyus
Member, Christ Church Greenbank
Rosie became a Christian in 2003 whilst at university. She moved to Liverpool in 2011 where she benefited from the NWGP Ministry Training Course 2011-13, whilst working for a church in Liverpool. She now lives in Northwich, Cheshire and loves being a part of Christ Church Greenbank where she helps out with various aspects of church life alongside her job as an Accounts Assistant at a company in Wilmslow. Rosie’s favourite thing to do is to read the Bible 1 to 1 with anyone who is keen to find out more about who Jesus is.
